Terms of Service for HailO

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply specifically to users within the Mumbai metropolitan region.

HailO is a "Decision Layer" tool that provides AI-powered ride analytics and surge predictions. HailO is not a transportation provider. We do not provide taxi or personal transportation services. All rides are booked through third-party providers (e.g., Uber) via deep-linking or official API integrations.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
• Beta Access: HailO is currently in a "Closed Beta" phase. We reserve the right to limit access, modify features, or terminate the beta at our discretion.
• User Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality—including the Surge Radar™ and HailO Brain logic—are and will remain the exclusive property of HailO and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

A. Accuracy of Predictions

The "HailO Brain" provides estimates based on historical data and AI modeling. We do not guarantee the accuracy of surge predictions, price estimates, or ETAs. These are informational tools only.

B. Third-Party Services

Your use of Uber or other ride-sharing services is governed by their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your relationship with these third-party providers, including ride safety, pricing changes, or service availability.

C. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HailO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
